Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Server. As a Host/Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional hospitality and guest services to ensure an enjoyable dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and accommodate special requests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
- Handle cash transactions using the POS system (Clover POS)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Familiarity with phone etiquette for taking reservations or handling inquiries
